Seems the weeror is happening on dbsrvr2, right?

[root@dbsrvr2 ~]# cat /etc/sysctl.conf |grep sem kernel.sem = 250 32000 100 142 [root@dbsrvr2 ~]# vi /etc/sysctl.conf [root@dbsrvr2 ~]# cat /etc/sysctl.conf |grep sem kernel.sem = 250 32000 100 256 [root@dbsrvr2 ~]# sysctl -p
And try again:
dbsrvr1:/home/oracle>srvctl start database -d mydb dbsrvr1:/home/oracle>
