Pero construir un buen dashboard con un storytelling coherente no es sencillo: es necesario preguntarse quién va a utilizar ese dashboard, qué información se quiere obtener de él, qué tipo de gráfico es el más adecuado, qué nivel de detalle el usuario necesita realmente, etc. Un dashboard tiene que ser un elemento que elimine capas de confusión entre el usuario y su negocio, no que las añada. Por ejemplo, en muchas ocasiones, el usuario pide el máximo número de gráficos posibles, y es nuestro trabajo entender qué

Die Programmierung der Datenbank in PL/SQL ist Standard für einen Datenbankentwickler. Dennoch sind häufig Performanzprobleme bei der Ausführung der Anwendungen zu beobachten. Oft wird dies fälschlicherweise der Programmiersprache PL/SQL angelastet, denn tatsächlich ist der Grund ein Unverständnis der konkreten Arbeitsweise von PL/SQL innerhalb der Datenbank. Dieses Wissen baut das Seminar auf. Es werden Programmierstrategien erarbeitet, die die Skalierbarkeit der Datenbank erhalten und bekannte Performanzprobleme umgehen. Das Seminar vermittelt ein Set von Best Practices, die als Grundlage für eine performante Datenbankprogrammierung eingesetzt werden können und erläutert die Gründe für diese Best Practices.

This session will discuss testing carried out for two Oracle Database In-Memory use cases with Intel Optane PMem running in both Memory Mode (PMem-MM) and in App Direct Mode (PMem-AD) on a standard X-86 server. The goal of the testing was to determine if PMem technology can provide an alternative option to traditional DRAM and to other fast tiered storage disks in a Database In-Memory environment.
