Hexaware leverages its proprietary Triadic framework to carry out transformation assessments for its customers. It evaluates the client environment from three dimensions: business model, landscape complexity, and appetite to move to the cloud. The various automation tools & accelerators aligned with the framework will bring in a significant reduction in effort and cost during implementation as well as post-implementation. One of the elements in the Triadic framework is data migration; customers face multiple challenges during migration, consolidation, and reconciliation of data from multiple source systems like PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and other legacy applications to Oracle HCM, ERP, and CX Cloud applications.

Learning Objectives:
· Triadic framework for Oracle Cloud application
· Automated migration platform with predefined templates
· Key features of the migration tool

Information Lifecycle Management: Manage Exponential Data Growth

Event Image

Exponential increases in data volumes are putting enterprise IT infrastructures under severe pressure – from a cost, performance, scalability and manageability perspective. Regulatory requirements are also changing how and why data is being retained, as many organizations are now required to retain and control much more information
for much longer periods. Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) is the practice of applying policies for the
effective management of information throughout its useful life.

Learning Objectives:
Learn about Oracle’s Advanced Compression and Data Partitioning options. Hear how they help organizations to deploy ILM policy and get benefits to improve the performance of enterprise applications, reduce infrastructure
costs and provide governance, risk and compliance frameworks for enterprise data.

Chandan Tanwani, Sr. Solution Engineer

Oracle R12.2 Upgrade and Impacts on Legacy Reporting and Discoverer

Event Image

Are you worried about how Oracle upgrades will affect your legacy reporting? Are you dreading the migration from a legacy reporting tool like Oracle Discoverer or OBIEE? Many users currently running Oracle Discoverer or OBIEE express concerns when it comes to finding a path forward now that these legacy tools have reached their end of life and are no longer being supported by Oracle. These concerns are well-founded as those who choose to
stay on board until the sustaining period ends will be left without critical support for existing Oracle and third-party products and necessary updates. While users who opt to upgrade to R12.2 will find that the advancements included in this upgrade, unfortunately, haven’t reached Oracle’s native reporting tools.

No matter what EBS version you are running, you can empower your team with real-time reporting that integrates directly with EBS and a simple two-step process for converting your existing Discoverer reports.

Learning Objectives:
In this webinar, we will explore:
– Oracle upgrades and their impact on legacy reporting such as Discoverer and OBIEE
– Possible Discoverer replacement options providing real-time reporting
– Tactics to empower finance teams to easily build and drill into live transactional data
– Ways to improve data accuracy and eliminate data dumping, allowing more time for analysis
